A partir de la lectura de un artículo publicado por el periódico La Boina titulado “Llamamiento anarquista” es que comencé a plantearme la necesidad de debatir de manera pública con compas que no militan en nuestras propias organizaciones, colectivos, grupos de afinidad, etc., de manera de comenzar a superar, poco a poco, el sectarismo que aqueja al movimiento anarquista chileno actual.
Para todas y todos nosotros es difícil entender el peso histórico de las y los viejos militantes anarquistas chilenos, puesto que su generación es la generación de nuestros tatara y bisabuelos, y la línea de continuidad de su fuerza política se nos presenta como un bache difícil de subsanar. No heredamos directamente su praxis. Su fuerza histórica como idea, estrategia y programa de explotados y oprimidos se diluyó con los años, hasta caer prácticamente en el olvido como corriente proletaria durante el proceso de mayor algidez de la lucha de clases en Chile durante el gobierno de la UP. Más allá de los debates historiográficos siempre importantes en post de esclarecer el ascenso y el declinar del anarquismo como tendencia política, el anarquismo hoy reclama plena actualidad. El espíritu libertario de las y los oprimidos y explotados, la esperanza en la libertad social y política de la humanidad, deben volver a florecer si queremos construir un mundo nuevo, sin distinciones de clase, sexo, cultura, etc. En efecto, el anarquismo está latente como aprendizaje histórico en lo profundo de nuestra clase: en la acción directa como el método más efectivo de acción política, en la democracia directa de nuestras asambleas, y, en fin, en la solidaridad y apoyo mutuo que brota cada vez que nos vemos ante las necesidades más urgente. Por otro lado, la caída de los “socialismos reales” y el avance hegemónico del neoliberalismo en los noventas planteó nuevamente la crítica anarquista, y por cierto, de izquierda, a las conducciones partidarias que dirigen los procesos histórico-revolucionarios en una dirección estatista y burocratizante. Y, sin embargo, es claro que hoy en día el anarquismo, como movimiento político y social, carece de una praxis liberadora capaz de permear al conjunto del pueblo y, así, constituirse como una fuerza contrahegemónica clave.
La crítica que esgrime el compañero del Periódico La Boina en el artículo “Un llamamiento anarquista” es certera en este sentido, pues devela la carencia de orientación y la dispersión del movimiento ácrata santiaguino y, por qué no decirlo, del chileno. El movimiento anarquista cuenta con el número suficiente de personas, que aun siendo pocas, podría generar una cultura de masas y una praxis política liberadora, que no sólo sirva a proyectos condenados a la marginalidad y al fracaso producto del autoritarismo de sus afines, sino que esté en función de servirle al pueblo, del cual es parte, como una herramienta de lucha cotidiana y de largo plazo. La potencia del movimiento ácrata ha estado latente desde los años 90’s, en los cuales el anarquismo volvió a nacer en el pueblo chileno de la mano de la contracultura juvenil. Sin embargo, desde esa misma época es que el anarquismo está en una orfandad de sentido práctico y de orientación histórica: es sólo una potencia latente, sin expresión concreta. Por esta razón, es que el surgimiento del CUAC a finales de los noventas marca un antes y un después en la historia del anarquismo organizado. Evidentemente, su existencia estuvo marcada por las contradicciones de quien decide meter las patas al barro, y en ese sentido, su existencia no fue pacífica. De hecho, su intento de generar articulación y proyección organizativa en torno a un proyecto político específicamente anarquista con inserción en las luchas del pueblo, terminó generando en el año 2003 dos organizaciones actualmente existentes: el CRA y la OCL. Esta última, en el año 2013, tuvo una deriva o cambio ideológico y estratégico que todas y todos ya conocemos, y que, por cierto, no compartimos (pero que aún así respetamos), pues seguimos creyendo posible y necesaria una estrategia antiestatal ¿Vamos a seguir lamentando la “falta de anarquismo” de una organización como OCL (Izquierda Libertaria) o seguiremos quedándonos con la crítica fácil de anarquistas antiorganizadores como Rossineri que nos conducen a donde mismo estamos? ¿No debiésemos superar y aprender de los errores del pasado? ¿Cómo es posible que el movimiento anarquista actual siga en la misma lógica divisora, excluyente y autoritaria de los años noventa? ¿Qué vamos a hacer las y los anarquistas ante esta situación?
Como bien señala el compañero de La Boina, la primera tarea que debiese asumir cualquier revolucionario es la inserción y el trabajo en sus espacios sociales (sindicales, territoriales y estudiantiles) para desde allí, con el resto de nuestra clase, dar las luchas por aquellas causas comunes que nos afectan a todas y todos, superando las exclusiones por causas puramente ideológicas. Entendemos que la construcción y fortalecimiento de organizaciones populares es una prioridad, por cuanto, por un lado, la sociedad capitalista neoliberal es tremendamente eficiente en dispersar, desorientar y aislar a la clase trabajadora, y por otro lado, puesto que para construir una sociedad basada en la solidaridad, la libertad y el reconocimiento, el grado de organicidad social debe ser elevado. En este sentido, preferimos la organización a la dispersión, puesto que la acción colectiva tiene más capacidad para transformar las relaciones sociales que la acción individual. En eso estaríamos de acuerdo buena parte no sólo de las y los anarquistas, sino que de las y los revolucionarios.
Las divergencias, casi mortales, surgen cuando debemos encarar las siguientes tareas de importancia: la generación de una praxis coherente con una estrategia y un programa revolucionario. Por esta razón, en segundo lugar, es necesaria la construcción colectiva e histórica, paso a paso, de un programa anticapitalista de manera que entendamos de qué manera un mundo radicalmente nuevo es posible y deseable. Al igual que en la construcción de organización popular, el programa anticapitalista no le puede pertenecer a ningún partido, ni colectivo, ni grupo de afinidad, ni siquiera a individualidad alguna, puesto que le pertenece a la clase trabajadora, y a las y los oprimidos en general, en su lucha por la libertad. En este sentido, debemos entender la necesidad del debate, el diálogo y la crítica fraterna entre las distintas expresiones de las y los revolucionarios anticapitalistas para poder encontrarnos en la acción, que es el elemento primordial de todo revolucionario. El programa anticapitalista debe, por tanto, dejar de ser la conceptualización del mejor mundo posible que individualidades y colectivos se imaginan y que guían sus prácticas, para pasar a ser el sentido colectivo de nuestra lucha, aquello que queremos poner en lugar del sistema capitalista y que nos señala un camino y una praxis. Con un programa compartido se consigue un objetivo básico en la lucha por un mundo nuevo: un grado importante de coherencia en la acción; dejando atrás el desencanto posmoderno en cuanto que querer otro mundo para todas y todos es una necesidad. Por otro lado, con un programa anticapitalista se logra superar el etapismo y el reformismo de los programas antineoliberales tan en boga por cierta parte de la izquierda chilena.
En este punto debemos ser un poco más claros: las y los revolucionarios hoy en día constituyen una fuerza marginada y dispersa, aún débil, tanto anarquistas como marxistas se hallan en la necesidad de generar un bloque histórico portador de un proyecto político revolucionario, capaz de superar al capitalismo y al Estado burgués, que tenga en su seno la capacidad de dar soporte al pueblo en su lucha por libertad. Ahora bien, a quienes nos declaramos anarquistas nos cabe una tarea importantísima en la construcción histórica de un programa anticapitalista: la construcción actual de una estrategia y un programa antiestatal, que muestre a través de nuestras luchas que lo único que genera los verdaderos cambios es nuestra propia acción colectiva. En este sentido, nuestras estrategias de lucha y nuestras acciones concretas apuntan al fortalecimiento del pueblo, con el objetivo de que éste pueda autogobernarse y autogestionar su poder y su riqueza, eliminando la necesidad de tutelas externas. Pero, no obstante, en este momento parece del todo superfluo excluir a organizaciones marxistas por el sólo hecho de que en algún posible momento construirán un nuevo Estado bajo control de un único partido, o porque en este momento apuestan por controlar una cuota del poder estatal (por más simbólico, intrascendente y burocrático que nos parezca esto último). Si esto nos preocupa es señal que las y los anarquistas hicieron o están haciendo las cosas mal. La necesidad actual está, en primer término, en fortalecer a las y los revolucionarios en su conjunto, y en segundo término, en fortalecer a las y los libertarios y constituirlos en una fuerza capaz de disputar el programa anticapitalista desde ya.
En tercer lugar, y como consecuencia de lo anterior, nuestra opción política es más polémica en el medio anarquista, pero la creemos tan necesaria como todo lo anterior, puesto que si queremos construir un programa anticapitalista y un bloque histórico capaz de anidar la diversidad revolucionaria, que supere el fratricidio ideológico, necesitamos construir una organización libertaria, horizontal y federativa, una herramienta organizativa con unidad táctica e ideológica, capaz de contener en su seno a anarquistas, marxistas libertarios o antiautoritarios que, más allá de estos adjetivos o identidades, aporten en la construcción de una organización libertaria, de una estrategia y un programa antiestatal, y, naturalmente, que con acciones concretas lleven todo esto a cabo. La necesidad de la organización política está dada en virtud que sólo con coordinación y reflexión nuestras acciones tienen mayor grado de profundidad e implementación. La tarea de construir una organización comunista libertaria debe ser una tarea seria y social, de modo que en ella haya espacio para todo tipo personas y no sólo para quienes se visten de negro. No nos sirve una organización que funcione a modo de tribu urbana, con más ideología que praxis, lo ideal sería que hasta nuestras abuelas quisieran militar con nosotras y nosotros. Entendemos que la construcción de una organización política es, igualmente, un proceso histórico, y que en la diversidad anarquista existen diferentes perspectivas, pero en esto quiero ser claro: debemos organizarnos con perspectiva de perdurar y de vencer, desde la diversidad a la unidad y la acción conjunta. Así lo han estado haciendo las y los anarquistas griegos con su llamamiento de los cuatro y los brasileños con su coordinación anarquista. Más allá de sus limitaciones y circunstancias, su voluntad de unidad vale la pena mencionarse como un esfuerzo histórico y actual de las y los anarquistas por superar el capitalismo.

mientras los revolucionarios (que no necesitan denominarse como tales, porque su praxis ofensiva lo deja en claro) estan siendo abatidos y encarcelados en todo el mundo, parece que hay gente que no puede dormir porque no los pesca ni el “pueblo” (?) ni lxs anarquistas y tiene que recurrir a lomismodesiempre: pateticos ciber lloriqueos.

Mint is great with one (for me anyway) fatal flaw. You cannot customize budget start and end dates. It doesn\’t work well if your budget cycle runs from the 15th of the month to the 15th of the next or if you are paid on the 20th of the month, etc. It\’s very pretty but useless unless you can budget from the 1st until the last day of the month.
