Para el conjunto del activo popular, el nuevo ciclo político abierto el 2011 trajo grandes desafíos sociales, que se deben atender con perspectiva, sentido de creación y responsabilidad. En la izquierda de intención revolucionaria está instalada la idea de que las grandes jornadas de movilización estudiantil -en conjunto con las explosiones sociales en distintas regiones-, significaron en lo grueso un malestar creciente de la población que terminó por afectar la legitimidad del bloque neoliberal. Es decir, una crisis del campo ideológico de las clases dominantes que no llegó a comprometer el estado general de gobernabilidad del país.
Con la llegada al gobierno de la “Nueva Mayoría”, se está intentando recomponer el dominio ideológico del capital por sobre los intereses de las clases populares. En este sentido, el “nuevo” conglomerado pondrá todas sus energías en reconstruir socialmente los apoyos y consensos políticos que le permitan ir configurando este escenario. A pesar de esto, al interior del mundo popular, las grandes demandas sociales siguen, y creemos seguirán, estructuralmente postergadas, situación que posibilita que el cuadro social continúe siendo un lugar de disputa y de conflictividad aún vigente. La correlación de fuerzas continúa desfavorable para los sectores populares, aunque las estructuras de legitimación estén resentidas, falta todavía desarrollar prácticas políticas que sean capaces de impedir que las clases dominantes cierren y blinden el ciclo político que se abrió el 2011.
Ante esto consideramos que los elementos políticos que señalaremos a continuación, corresponden a cuestiones de índole programática indispensables para que los trabajadores y trabajadoras puedan transformarse en piezas claves para un cambio favorable en la correlación de fuerzas. Comprendemos estratégicamente que un hipotético contexto de ingobernabilidad política del bloque en el poder no podrá ser resuelto sólo con la movilización creciente de las clases populares. Es decir, no basta el quiebre del imaginario neoliberal si no existen las estructuras sociales y políticas capaces de orientar y ser alternativa real para el pueblo trabajador, posibilitando así su protagonismo en los grandes batallas que se avecinan.
En ese sentido, un componente táctico en el corto plazo es la implementación armónica de la acción directa de masas a todo nivel, para ir tensionando y superando el espontaneísmo tradicional y la estrechez de la movilización social, generando de esta manera hacia al interior del movimiento obrero y popular, orientaciones y caminos colectivos por donde poder transitar hacia la maduración de una línea política de ruptura con el modelo actual. Si en medio de este escenario no se logra fortalecer y aumentar la fuerza de los sectores organizados enclavados en los circuitos productivos más dinámicos y estratégicos de nuestra economía, es decir, si estos trabajadores y trabajadoras siguen peleando en la arena política grande, pero con la camiseta de un cuadro chico, el clima actual de gobernabilidad no será mayormente trastocado. Y por último, un elemento que acompaña y engloba al resto, y que desde nuestra mirada resulta gravitante a la hora de desestabilizar el orden de los poderosos, es la acción organizada de una izquierda de intención revolucionaria que logre articularse y posicionarse como corriente activa del pueblo, como una real opción política de masas.
Bajo este escenario nos parece interesante señalar las posibles configuraciones políticas del abanico social de la izquierda extraparlamentaria, ya que a nuestro parecer, en su interior se están visualizando a lo menos dos apuestas serias de confluencia política, programática, e incluso orgánica. Por el momento sus fronteras no están totalmente delimitadas y sus estrategias políticas están recién en un proceso de definición en torno a diversos temas: nos referimos a puntos complejos y problemáticos, como lo son las elecciones, la relación con el reformismo, el carácter de la etapa, qué tipo de organización, agrupamiento, o partido necesitan construir las y los revolucionarios, y qué significa por ejemplo, en lo concreto, desarrollar e impulsar una línea de acción directa de masas. Ejes políticos que hasta el momento han diferenciado prácticas, escuelas políticas, énfasis, formas de abordar la actividad social y de masas, y la importantísima y controversial definición de una política de alianzas.
El blindaje institucional, los amarres y dispositivos autoritarios que limitan diversos derechos sociales, no desaparecerán por sí solos: solamente mediante la lucha podrán superarse dichas barreras. Debemos ser capaces de vincular armónicamente los desafíos tácticos con los objetivos políticos del período. Es decir, debemos contribuir a crear un clima de desestabilización política de las clases dominantes, donde los sectores populares logren el quiebre institucional de los amarres autoritarios heredados de la Dictadura e impuestos a sangre y fuego hace ya 41 años. Así, tendremos que levantar los pisos y respaldos sociales que permitan a las franjas organizadas del pueblo trabajador ir diseñando las formas orgánicas unitarias que puedan dar la pelea, tanto en el plano social, como en el político. Esta es la senda que consideramos podrá posibilitar el derrocamiento del bloque neoliberal, el avance sustancial de los derechos sociales y la transformación en una alternativa real de las expresiones de la izquierda de intención revolucionaria.
